Overlooked
We defend others with passion
We rattle others with satisfaction
We bear the burden of others
As we suffer acceptable
discrimination
As another bypass of promotion
passes by
The ones who discriminate with
hidden insecurities
As we remind them of their weak
willed self-centred self-obsession
But sometimes we burn out
Like an old battery discarded
Overlooked and invisible, till
needed again
To see passionate unselfish
defence
Make a comeback again
