All year you feel a rather bit queasy
Seeing the ones so really sleazy

Volunteer for this volunteer for that
Crossing picket line, that’s look they have

That look that’s says I’ll be alright box mark 1 for me
For me, for me, all for me flick of the hair walking around
Walking around rather, like you know that walk
A penguin with a peg inserted sideways in all the right places

Midyear surprise for them must improve for behaviour of that penguin walk
Oh they tried and tried bringing in enough evidence to sink a battleship

The wide eyed look, you see when they come out of that
Rather smiley character assassination called must improve

They now realise and crack the mystery why the rest of us
Sussed it out, must improve if you must improve, a must improve if your top notch

Get in that curve it’s for your own good, easier to get a package for you
The motivator that motivate to the bottom

People performance or management under performance
Good friend you choose
